In May 2003 Hygrotech International of South Africa, the largest vegetable
seed company in sub-equatorial Africa signed a research license agreement.
Hygrotech, with 6,500 customers, featured the MIR/StressGuard™ technology
in their company Seed Technology newsletter.

In December, 2002, INCOTEC,
the world's largest seed treatment company, signed an
exclusive worldwide license for carrots. The first set of MIR
machinery has already been installed at their international
headquarters in The Netherlands. INCOTEC has additional
treatment facilities in the U.S., Spain, Brazil, and Japan.

Bakker Brothers Seed
will be using their extensive sales network to maximize market
penetration for MIR/StressGuard in the countries covered. The
agreement also allows for cross-licensing to other seed
companies.

Central America
Corona Seeds of Camarillo,
California has been granted a license to
market StressGuard for vegetables in Central America.

Brazil

Scott Oakes and Cedar Grain in
Waukee, Iowa has been granted an
exclusive license to represent Pro Seed Technologies in
Brazil. This work
involves licensing StressGuard to large growers and seed
companies alike.

February 2003: We have begun a
cooperative venture on a variety of crops with the Brazilian
seed company Agristar. Treatment machinery is currently being
installed.

Australia
-
In February 2004, we renewed our license
for exclusive representation in Australia with the seed treatment company,
Seed Solutions, of Carrum Downs, Victoria. Seed Solutions will use the
MIR/Stressgard™ technology with vegetable and commodity crops.

CHINA:
September 2002: An MIR treatment facility has been
established at Gwei Yang City, the capital of Gwei Zhou
Province, with Jiang Horng Enterprises.
