What's at Pro Seed Technologies

February 2004: We renewed our license
for exclusive representation in Australia with the seed treatment company,
Seed Solutions, of Carrum Downs, Victoria. Seed Solutions will use the
MIR/Stressgard™ technology with vegetable and commodity crops.

November 2003: President John Burke presented a paper on MIR/StressGuard™
at a joint annual meeting of the American Society of Agronomy, Crop Science
Society of America and Soil Science Society of America. Co-panelists with
Mr. Burke included Paul Ayres, president of Germain's/IST; Roelf Weges head
of research and development at Incotec International; Miller McDonald of Ohio
State University and others.

June 2003: Harris-Moran of Modesto, CA featured MIR/StressGuard™
technology in their company Seed Technology newsletter.

February 2003: An automated treatment line is being installed
at Langdon Brothers Seed in Hartford City, Indiana. Langdon
Brothers will use it for their own seed as well as act as an
outsource treater for other Midwestern seed companies.
This equipment with enhance one ton per hour of large seed.
Being located closer to the heart of the Corn Belt than our
Michigan facility, this unit will substantially lessen
transportation costs for other Midwestern customers.

February 2003: We retained Lester Wolff Associates for
representation with international bodies such as U.N. FAO,
U.S. A.I.D., CIGIAR, etc. as well as south Asian countries.
Former U.S. Congressman Wolff served for many years on the
House Foreign Relations Committee and
served under President Jimmy Carter as U.S. Ambassador to the
United Nations.

February 2003, Brazil: We have begun a cooperative
venture on a variety of crops with the Brazilian seed company
Agristar. Treatment machinery is currently being installed.

January 2003: ProSeed Technologies was featured on the back
cover of Seed & Crops digest, the world's leading business
magazine for the dynamic high-tech, value-added crops industry!

December 2002: INCOTEC, the world's largest seed treatment
company, signed an exclusive worldwide license for carrots.
The first set of MIR machinery has already been installed at
their international headquarters in The Netherlands. INCOTEC
has additional treatment facilities in the U.S., Spain,
Brazil, and Japan.

September 2002, China: An MIR treatment facility has
been established at Gwei Yang City, the capital of Gwei Zhou
Province, with Jiang Horng Enterprises.

August 2002, United States: A research license was granted to
Sakata Seed America of Morgan Hill, California.

May 2002: Pro Seed Technologies welcomes the following new licensees:

April 2002: Pro Seed Technologies signed a Joint Venture
Agreement covering the European Union and Africa.
